      I was very pleased and honoured to be selected as a member of the Atlantic Canada Regional Mortgage Brokers Council. many Realtor's(TM) consider a mortgage broker as a strong member of their home buying team.Because of this I thought it appropriate to write an article in support of this council and CAAMP our national association. Here membership does have definite benifits one of those benefits being training.I believe understanding financing is one of the key aspects of being a successful Realtor(TM) Membership in CAAMP is not that expensive and You can learn a lot from taking the on line courses. One of the best places to learn about financing and the housing market is CMHC's website. This website is huge and full of housing information as it relates to Canada. They also offer resources for Realtor's(TM) and mortgage brokers. Here is the link.
